Strong Minds BINGO Challenge

Your mental and emotional health is a critical aspect of overall health and well-being, and it is something that affects all of us. This Strong Minds Holiday Happiness Challenges features a different mindfulness practice that can improve your well-being.

Topics include sleep, diet, exercise, journaling, singing, and many more. These practices are designed to be easily incorporated into daily life and to help individuals practice self-care in our everyday lifestyles.

This will be a self-lead challenge, with helpful hints and tricks along the way. Each participant will follow along to their Strong Minds Calendar to try a new Strong Minds strategy every day.

This challenge will run from February 1st through February 29th, 2024.
