Spread the Word >> Inclusion Day (formerly “Spread the Word to End the Word”) is co-sponsored and promoted by Special Olympics and Best Buddies across the United States and in many other parts of the world.
STW was founded in 2009 and has been reimagined by youth to promote the creation of a new reality: inclusion for all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Awareness is powerful – promote the Spread the Word Global Day of Awareness at your school and encourage your entire school community to pledge to include!
