2005 Summer Games

Celebrate Father's Day
by volunteering with us!

Please join us as we celebrate our 35^th Anniversary

Special Olympics Maryland is pleased to announce the
2005 Summer Games at
Towson University
June 17-19, 2005.

1,500 Volunteers are needed to keep score, escort athletes to competitions and awards and many other volunteer positions. You, your family members (minimum age is 16 years old), co-workers, and friends are needed to volunteer for this very rewarding and exciting event. All registered volunteers will receive an event t-shirt and lunch.

Please review the dates and times volunteers are needed, the sports that our athletes will compete in and the Volunteer Position Summaries for each assignment. Then complete the on-line Volunteer Registration Form.

Volunteers will be asked to complete a Volunteer Application and be present at a General Orientation session just prior to being assigned as a volunteer. Volunteers should bring a photo ID with them.
