Brandon Brown loves to run; it’s what he has always loved doing. So it’s only fitting that Brandon will represent Team Maryland at the upcoming National Games in Nebraska in athletics. A member of the Baltimore County program, Brandon will race in the 100 meter run and 200 meter relay and has been practicing diligently to better his times. Currently in 12th grade at his hometown Randallstown High School, Brandon has participated in Special Olympics for five years and also plays soccer and bowling. He participated in the 2010 Summer Games at Towson University, and won a medal in track and field, which he calls the biggest accomplishment of his career. Brandon is in the life skills program at Randallstown. When asked what he most is looking forward to at the National Games, Brandon replied simply, ‘Winning.’
